Asus officially introduces the G50V gaming laptop PC. Buyer can choose from the following Core 2 Duo processors: T9600/T9400/P8600/P8400/P7350. It packs up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM, 512MB Nvidia GeForce 9700M GT graphics, up to 640GB hard drive capacity and either a DVD SuperMulti burner or DVD Combo or a Blu-ray DVD writer.
Other features include a 15.4-inch display, a 2 megapixel webcam, WiFi and WiMax connectivity and optional Bluetooth V2.1+EDR. Asus G50V runs Windows Vista Ultimate or Home Premium. You may also want to get the optional Intel Turbo Memory Technology with 2GB NANDFlash.
